With a Ph.D. in Food Process Engineering, her dedication to excellence is evident in her professional achievements, including certifications in HACCP auditing, COMSOL Multiphysics®, Advanced diploma in Agri-business management and publications with a significant citation index. Awards such as Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Fund and CSIR-Senior Research Fellowship underscores her commitment to advancing food technology. Chosen from ONIRIS and NIFTEM-T for immersive industry exploration, she has traveled to France for a master’s trainee program and Bangkok for an international study tour. As a skilled food analyst, she specializes in wet chemistry and hi-tech instrumentation, ensuring quality and compliance. At NutrIQ’ Solutions, she has assertively led the charge in reshaping the food landscape.

Er. R. Sadhana, Co-founder and Executive head

Er. Sadhana R is the Co-founder and the Executive head of NutrIQ’ Solutions. With a B.Tech in Food Process Engineering she has excelled in various domains, from conducting FoSTAC trainings to developing innovative food products. She has successfully integrated her learnings from SGS India Pvt Ltd., to enhance product development, sensory evaluation, and compliance strategies. With expertise in sensory evaluation, layout design, and FSSAI compliance, she has trained farmers, students, and entrepreneurs, impacting lives through skill development programs at NIFTEM-T. Notably, she facilitated the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY), Baking Technician training, impacting 120 trainees. With a knack for document preparation including ISO 17025:2005, handling NABL and FSSAI referral laboratory operations and government scheme applications, she brings comprehensive solutions to the table.
